He has executed various projects supported by The Rockfeller Foundation, INHP-Mexico, Alliance UK, National AIDS Control Organization, Oxfam, USAID, RTI, FHI, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Ministry of Environment and Forest in the past.

Project Manager – CATI
After graduating in Business Administration from the NIMS University she entered the field of Market Research and began her carrier in the operations department.
She now spends her days directing projects from initial surveys, development through putting together final reports and presentations as well as managing all the steps in between.
She is keenly involved in all ongoing research projects and is readily available and approachable to help provide guidance to clients. Her role is both challenging and exciting- there is truly never a dull moment. She is the resident CATI expert. She always ensures that projects run according to specs and budgets. She devotes herself to developing a healthy working relationship with clients and acts as a bridge between the client and the company. She spends her day training new interviewers on new projects. Sheral also monitors interviewer’s progress on projects.
In her spare time Sheral enjoys spending time with her husband and enjoys watching movies with a particular interest in the horror genre. She also likes to kick back with a cup of coffee and is a follower of fitness. She regularly does yoga and has a gym at home. She is the lover of seafood and is interested in diet and nutrition.

In 2015 he began working at Maction as a Field Manager.
Dinesh knows how to collect and manage data for all types of market and social research projects. He is detail oriented and is a wiz when it comes to execution of project specific recruitments, training the field staff for excellence for best output in projects in terms of Quality, Timeliness and Cost (Q,T,C).
Dinesh was born in Haryana and raised in Delhi – a city he truly adores which is why he does not plan on moving anywhere else. His work makes him travel cross-country which he enjoys though. He ensures that each project is successfully completed.

Govind was born and raised in Rajasthan. He currently lives in Gujarat and works with Maction as a Field Manager.
DHe graduated from NIM (National Institute University) with an MBA in Marketing Management. This area of studying came from a lifelong interest in Market Research.
He has moved up the ranks in numerous roles in both Qualitative and Quantitative research. He provides managerial support to all field managers.
When he is not here he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He can often be found attending an event or a show and likes listening to music.
He enjoys being outdoor especially in the mountains. He love to explore new cultures and destinations.
Born and raised in Himachal Pradesh, Rajni moved to Punjab for her Bachelors in Business Administration. She enjoys travelling.
She always makes sure that all her work is done with punctuality and with the best output. She often is the inspiration for people working around her.

After growing up in Gujarat and Pursuing her Bachelors from GLS (Gujarat Law Society) she began working with Maction Consulting in 2017 and works tirelessly to identify job opportunities for current employees.

Madhumita Aspires for challenging roles with crucial responsibilities where her analytical, managerial, problem solving skills, experience and knowledge can be put in towards the success of projects, growth of organization and up gradation of her own skills.
She is currently pursuing her PhD. In Economics from Jadhavpur University in Kolkata. Her technical expertise lies in regression analysis, Dummy Variable Analysis and Structural Break Analysis.
She has been working as Project Assistant cum Research Assistant since April, 2004 in Jadavpur University for the Project “global trade under university with potential for excellence scheme of UGC (10th plan)”.
She has also been Working as a Freelancer (Market Research Analyst in Qualitative Work) since February, 2004 on behalf of Organizations like IMRB, HLL, AC NIELSON, TNS, MODE, INDICA, QUANTUM, QUOTIENT, DATABASE FS, BASE, PRDG INDIA, IMRS, MARKET PROBE for different groups of clients.
Design Researcher/UX Designer
Anvika is a communication designer and a researcher with abundant field experience for a wide array of clients. She enjoys engaging with people from different sociocultural backgrounds and finds it life altering at times. She finds the complex yet rich and multilayered nature of qualitative research fascinating as it highlights, probes and delves into prevalent social & cultural discourses and narratives.
Anvika has done design research projects with a diverse set of clients such as Google, Nokia, BMGF etc. and has recently finished assisting a professor at IIM, Ahmedabad for a project on one of India’s De-notified Nomadic Tribes. Her work experience includes projects on rural immunization, power dynamics in stigmatized communities, internet technologies, mobile VAS for farmers etc.. She has been working as a design researcher for over 4 years. In her spare time she takes up short-term freelance graphic and web design projects.
She studied for her Masters in Strategic Design Management at N.I.D. Gandhinagar, before which she studied Industrial Design at Symbiosis Institute of Design, Pune and Coventry University in England.
